Yes. If you're currently taking Mounjaro or another GLP-1 medication like Wegovy through a different provider, you can switch to Voy. Depending on your treatment history, you may be able to start at a higher dose so you can continue your progress without going back to the beginning. Your clinician will review your history and recommend the right dose for you.

You can cancel your plan at any time. If you're on a monthly plan, just cancel at least one day before your next order date.

If you're on a longer plan (3, 6, or 12 months), you can cancel without any fee during your final month. If you'd like to cancel earlier, an early cancellation fee may apply to reflect the discount you received on your plan. Our team will explain the details and confirm any costs before processing.

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) has demonstrated a strong safety profile through extensive clinical trials and regulatory review. The medication has received approval from major health authorities, including the UK's MHRA, for weight management.

The most common side effects of Mounjaro include:

• Loss of appetite
• Nausea and vomiting
• Diarrhoea or constipation
• Headaches or dizziness
• Abdominal pain
• Fatigue
• Burping and flatulence
• Irritation, itching or bruising around where you have injected the medication

At Voy, we may consider prescribing Mounjaro from BMI 25 if our clinical team determines the benefits outweigh the risks for your individual circumstances. This is known as off-label prescribing. It's a well-established and legal practice used across UK healthcare, including within the NHS.

Research shows that carrying extra weight can start to affect your health from a BMI of 25, which is why Voy aims to help people take action sooner.

Mounjaro starts working within a few hours of your first injection, but it takes time for you to notice the effects.

In the first few weeks on the starting dose (2.5mg), some people notice reduced appetite or fewer cravings, while others don't feel much yet. This is normal. As your dose increases over the following weeks, appetite suppression becomes more noticeable and weight loss starts to accelerate.

Your Voy clinical team will work with you to find the right dose and pace for your individual needs.

Mounjaro can improve fertility, particularly in women with PCOS. Weight loss and improved insulin sensitivity can help regulate menstrual cycles and increase the chances of ovulation, which may make it easier to conceive.

However, Mounjaro is not safe to take during pregnancy or while trying to conceive. You should stop taking Mounjaro at least one month before trying to get pregnant.

Mounjaro can make oral contraceptive pills less effective, so you may need to use additional contraception. Speak to your clinician for advice.
